Dr. Dave Fleming is an author, speaker, consultant, coach and mentor. As a thought leader in the areas of organizational evolution and personal excellence, he partners with groups and individuals to translate business strategy into programs that enhance corporate culture and empower employees to increase customer satisfaction, drive innovative initiatives and enhance effectiveness.
Dave has a Masters Degree in Counseling/Education and a Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership. Dave is a published author currently working on his next book which will focus on the topic of Eye-Hand Coordination as it relates to effectively seeing and doing as a leader. He is also the author of a monthly e-newsletter, leading thoughts, and the host of the monthly leading thoughts tele-seminars, where he improvises on themes critical to a leader's success. Additionally, Dave is the Leadership Coach for Greater Tucson Leadership, an organization whose mission is to inspire, develop and promote leadership in Tucson. Dave also teaches undergraduate and graudate businesses courses for the University of Phoenix.
