Dr. Dave Fleming is a nationally acclaimed speaker, author, and leadership coach to individuals and organizations. His signature speaking style combines a unique blend of wit and substance. As coach and leader, Dave works with senior leaders and leadership teams to increase productivity, organizational effectiveness and personal excellence. Dave has a Masters Degree in Counseling/Education and a Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Development from Fielding University. He writes a popular leadership blog, and is the author of a monthly e-newsletter, leading thoughts, as well as the host of the monthly leading thoughts tele-seminars.
Dave is the Leadership Coach for Greater Tucson Leadership (AZ) an organization whose mission is to inspire, develop and promote current and emerging leaders to take an active role in strengthening and transforming the Southern Arizona community.
